Tenant Involvement

We are committed to “Listening to our Customers” and there are many ways in which people can get involved in improving the services we deliver.

Tenant Board Members:

Our Tenant Board and Committees members attend formal meetings where decisions are made about the operation of the business.

Approved by our customers panel:

This panel reviews all our literature and website.

Tenant Forum:

A group of up to 25 tenants that meet every 3 months to ensure there are continuous improvements being made to tenant’s services.

Complaints Review Group:

This group reviews complaints every 3 months to check that we have handled them appropriately, and make recommendations for improvements.

Surveys:

We conduct customers surveys on all aspect of the service we provide.

Community Events:

We hold various events that are co-ordinated by our Neighbourhood Officers.

Volunteers:

Volunteers aquire new skills, make new friends and give us a new perspective on our services.

Mystery Shopping:

Our mystery shoppers monitor our services and tell us what areas we need to improve on.

Resident Associations:

This resident group aims to make an impact on their neighbourhood. St Vincent’s can help with training and funding needs.
